Who we are
Response-Ability is led by Nick Osborne, who has twelve years' experience as trainer, manager and consultant.
He has worked with individuals and organisations ranging from small community groups via national charities to multinational corporations.
He is trainer, facilitator and consultant to the public, private and third sectors.
Education
Nick possesses a Bachelor's degree in Social Philosophy and a Master's degree in Management Development and Social Responsibility.
Academic influences include David Bohm, Gregory Bateson and Peter Senge.
His thinking is also informed by Participatory Action Research, Emergence and Complexity Theory and the Group Relations Movement.
Training
Nick is certified to deliver Edward de Bono's Six Thinking Hats training and the de Bono Thinking Smarter Not Harder programme.
He is certified as a de Bono Facilitator and NLP Practitioner, trained to facilitate meetings by consensus and is a practising mediator.
He is also a certified McQuaig psychometric assessment interpreter and a member of the National Council for Voluntary Organisations.
